We are seeking candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Applicants must be enrolled in a college or university and have at least one semester remaining after the co-op ends, with a graduation date of May 2026 or later. Co-op positions will be based in the Greater Boston Area at our advanced facilities in Westborough, MA, and North Reading, MA, providing direct access to robotics testing labs and manufacturing environments.
This is a 6-month co-op role from July to December 2025.
The Supply Chain team is looking for Spring 2025 Co-Ops interested in supply chain purchasing, logistics, planning, procurement, and process improvement/data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of urgency, the ability to collaborate across functions, and a commitment to enhancing customer outcomes. Amazon Robotics

Key Responsibilities
- Gain insights into our Supply Chain and Systems and Tools processes, identifying areas for improvement in transactional and operational efficiencies.
- Assist in executing supply chain initiatives related to cost/lead time, safety stock, procurement, planning, warehousing/logistics, and new product introductions, exploring opportunities across various Amazon business units.
- Lead projects aimed at automating cross-functional processes involving Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Deployment, and Engineering.
- Develop processes and mechanisms to expand capacity and programs within our Robotics Operations Center of Excellence. Amazon Robotics
- Create efficient and accurate metrics for measuring and reporting supply chain performance, supporting the introduction of new software/tools/dashboards.
- Promote and support a culture of inclusion.
A Day in the Life
As a Supply Chain Co-Op, you will work within the Supply Chain organization to help develop business processes for Supply Chain Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, and Systems and Tools teams. A solid understanding of supply chain, operations, finance, and general business practices is essential.

The Amazon Robotics Operations and Supply Chain organization is responsible for sourcing and manufacturing a range of robotics technologies, ensuring that materials are delivered to the right place at the right time to support our global fulfillment and transportation network. This operation collaborates cross-functionally with teams across Amazon worldwide and is driven by data and metrics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL and Python, as well as data visualization tools like Tableau.
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or related fields.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of metrics, process capabilities, and LEAN methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and face challenges.

Our compensation reflects labor costs across various U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $27.79/hr in our lowest geographic market to $51.01/hr in our highest. Compensation is influenced by factors such as market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
